Experts weigh in on circular economy & occupational safety and health in Spain

Description
A workshop on circular economy and safety and health at work is coming on 26 May, hosted by our Spanish focal point, Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
The event will kick off with the presentation of EU-OSHA's Foresight Study on the Circular Economy and its effects on Occupational Safety and Health.
Experts will then discuss activities related to circular economy in Spain during an exchange led by the Spanish State Employment Service (SEPE).
Spanish social partners, including Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT), Confederación Sindical de Comisiones Obreras (CCOO), Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE) and Confederación Española de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa (CEPYME) will take part in a round table.
Participants will have the chance to hear from a representative at the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), who will explain how training can be used to enhance the skills of employees in circular economy industries.
