Description

Students are the future of the workforce. Introducing and raising awareness about occupational safety and health (OSH) from an early age can only mean that they will be protected from the outset.

In Estonia, our focal point, Labour Inspectorate of Estonia (Tööinspektsioon), is set to guide this young audience at an upcoming event in Rakvere’s Vocational School on 21 September.

During the activity, the students will learn about the main challenges they may encounter in their professional lives and how to address them, including aspects such as chemicals and working equipment safety. A representative from the focal point will also discuss labour relations and emphasise the importance of the country’s Labour Inspectorate.

The event will be tailored to the students’ future professions and areas of interest.

Moderator:

  • Karin Rändla, JELD-WEN personnel manager
