This year’s CIF Health & Safety Summit sees Ireland’s construction sector coming together to reinforce and promote the importance of safety, health and overall wellbeing in both work and life.
The Summit will feature some of the leading proponents of safety who will discuss how the industry can continue to put both the physical and mental health and safety of its workforce at the centre of everything it does, how it can build back better to create a strong and resilient workforce and how building resilience into business will benefit both people and the bottom line.
A roundtable talk moderated by EU-OSHA's expert will also focus on musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The talk will offer insight on what can be done to minimise the risks of MSDs in the workplace, relating the discussion to EU-OSHA's Healthy Workplaces Lighten the Load 2020-22 campaign aimed at raising awareness on MSDs prevention.
