Description

The 23rd Workshop Psychology of Safety and Health (PASIG) will be organized in 2024 by the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology at the FernUniversität in Hagen and the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA). The rooms of the German Occupational Safety and Health Exhibition (DASA) in Dortmund will once again provide space for a quadrilog between science, practice, research and politics.

The scientific direction is taken over by Prof. Dr. Anita Tisch from the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and Prof. Dr. Jan Dettmers, Department of Work and Organizational Psychology at the FernUniversität in Hagen together with the PASIG board.

When designing work in times of a shortage of skilled workers, risk assessment in the event of psychological stress and flexible work design to maintain employability will have particular importance. In addition, the ongoing topics are further discussed in dialogue forums and expert groups. This includes the topics of psychological stress and strain, health promotion and health protection, work system design, safety and health culture, effectiveness, sustainability and evaluation, mobility, transport and traffic, leadership and organization, training and further education as well as professional issues.
