Highlights

The European Week kicks off today, with hundreds of events, initiatives and promotions organised by EU-OSHA and its partners to cast a spotlight on the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).  

Our national focal points and official campaign partners have been busy as ever, preparing activities to mark the week. For example, CEMBUREAU will be exploring how the European cement industry can contribute to preventing MSDs and the Irish Health and Safety Authority will be hosting several seminars focusing on MSD risk assessment and good practices. The Slovenian Ministry of Labour showcases their national good practice awards winners and the Maltese OSH Authority will organise a seminar focusing on psychosocial risks.

EU-OSHA media partners Face au Risque, Gesunde Arbeit, PuntoSicuro, Reputation Today and Safety Focus have been warming up for the week during an online gathering and will be promoting the campaign in their countries – and that’s just a snippet of what’s to come.
