Let's mark together the World Day for Safety and Health at Work on 28 April!

‘Optimise the collection and use of occupational safety and health (OSH) data’ is the theme of this year’s World Day for Safety and Health at Work proposed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) to raise awareness on occupational safety and health.

On this date, the International Workers’ Memorial Day is also commemorated, as an opportunity to recall that all workers have the right to safe and healthy working conditions.

And EU-OSHA is contributing to this year's World OSH Day at local level by joining forces with Metro Bilbao in running an unusual campaign. The initiative raises awareness of workplace safety and health among Bilbao metro commuters, in an entertaining way, with the help of Napo and his colleagues at work. Napo is the animated hero who explains occupational safety and health with a smile.
