8th of March provides an opportunity that everyone must seize: observed annually around the globe, the Day is a powerful reminder to keep working hard on eliminating gender-based stereotypes while celebrating women's achievements, creativity and strength.

International Women’s Day creates an outstanding platform to raise awareness of the challenges affecting the lives of working women. This is also a top priority embedded in various research activities of EU-OSHA.
