Climate change is a reality that can compromise the working environment and worker safety. Rising temperatures pose a risk of heat stress, affecting workers in various sectors.

EU-OSHA’s practical Heat at work guide — now available in more EU languages  — provides practical guidance on how to manage the risks associated with working in heat.

This essential resource aims at both employers and workers and covers organisational and technical measures to reduce and manage heat-related risks, as well as worker training. It also advises on actions to take if a worker shows signs of heat-related illness.

This summer, let's spot the heat-related red flags and take action!
