Conference on the future of work puts a spotlight on the importance of OSH

On 12th of February EU-OSHA’s Executive Director, Dr Christa Sedlatschek, attends the International Conference Future of work. Challenges and opportunities for occupational health and safety. Dr Sedlatschek takes part in the panel discussion From research to action oriented policies. She will speak about emerging hazards related to chemical substances and how to tackle them and introduce EU-OSHA’s campaign on musculoskeletal disorders (2020 – 22).

The event, organised by the Italian Workers Compensation Authority (INAIL) and the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH), gathers international experts to address the challenges of a changing world of work, putting the spotlight on the importance of Occupational Safety and Health in the demographic and labour market changes, and the rapid technological development scenario.
