Rodda’s creamery is a growing family-run business, employing around 150 workers. The company realised that what made their company different was the dedication, motivation and commitment of their staff. The Human Resources Manager, who initiated the well-being at work programme, strongly believed that employers can make a positive impact in helping employees to stay fit and healthy.


Rodda’s wanted to adapt and prepare for business changes in the competitive environment and realised that recruiting and retaining workers that were in good health and felt good about themselves and their work environment was an important step in achieving this.
