OSHA/2023/MVP/0003-ExA - Reports on work-related psycho-social risk factors and mental health in the agriculture and construction sectors - Middle value negotiated procedure

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the above-mentioned subject matter.

The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are:

1.         To increase knowledge, to raise awareness and to improve access to information related to work-related psycho-social risk factors and mental health in the construction and in the agriculture sectors.

2.         To provide an overview of the prevalence of psycho-social risk factors and mental health issues of workers in the construction and in the agriculture sectors respectively, identifying risks particular to the sector and considering vulnerable subgroups of workers.

3.         To present existing recommendations and examples for each sector of good practices/interventions (particularly at company level) for addressing psycho-social risks and mental health at work.

Expected deliverables are:

The project consists of 2 work packages (WP1 construction and WP2 agriculture). For each WP:

Develop a comprehensive report (max 40-50 pages/30.400-38,000 words) based on the results of the research tasks.

To provide a PowerPoint presentation summarising the main findings of the research, and a stand-alone executive summary based on the final report.

The maximum total budget available for the contract will be EUR 100,000 (excluding VAT), with EUR 50.000 allocated to each Working Package.
