The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch in the forthcoming week a low value negotiated procedure ‘Maintenance and Update of the Database Practical Tools and Guidance on Dangerous Substances’.
Main objectives / services provided for under the contract:
The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) has addressed - in the framework of its past activities - the topic ‘Dangerous substances’ specifically and has published a database ‘Practical Tools and Guidance on Dangerous Substances’ (https://osha.europa.eu/en/themes/dangerous-substances/practical-tools-dangerous-substances ). These tools and guidance documents represent a broad variety of approaches to managing dangerous substance effectively. The database contains entries from EU Member States, from international sources, audio-visual material and case studies.
The tasks will include the:
- Continuous maintenance and updates
- Organise focused actions for updates and improvement (for certain work task, for certain groups, for certain member states etc.)
- Support collaboration with similar database providers
- Develop a concept for future update and maintenance
The maximum available total value for the contract will be EUR 56,000 (excluding VAT).
