The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the provision of a structured overview on indicators in OSH-Monitoring and reporting systems.

Main objectives / services to be provided under the contract to be awarded:

EU-OSHA has addressed - in the framework of its past activities - the topic ‘Dangerous substances’ specifically and has published an interactive e-tool in ten national versions (eguides.osha.europa.eu/dangerous-substances).

The contract to be awarded aims to guarantee a constant maintenance and update of the e-tool. This is necessary because the e-tool has to adapt to legislation at EU and national level. Moreover users, focal points and collaborators request or propose revisions, changes or substantial developments that contribute to a permanent improvement of content and usability of the e-tool.

The tasks will include:

• Continuous maintenance and updates;

• Propose recommendations for the improvement of the usability (content and functionalities identification and description of reporting and monitoring systems);

• Recommend actions for extension and promotion.

The maximum total budget available for the contract will be EUR 56,000 (excluding VAT).
