The current publication presents overview of the main responsibilities of employer regarding occupational health and safety, with a special focus on risk assessment, suggesting different tools. The risk assessment is also a tool for the employer, so that the latter can guarantee the safety and health of employees on their workstations. The purpose of the risk assessment is to eliminate, eliminate or at least reduce the existing risks and determine the necessary measures to ensure the safety and health of employees on their workstations
