Denmark - New website on endocrine disruptors provides lists
The Danish Environmental Protection Agency launches a new website, Endocrine Disruptor Lists, which lists endocrine disrupting substances and their legal status. The initiative is supported by several European countries, including Sweden. The purpose of the website is, among other things, to increase the knowledge and transparency of the EU's work on endocrine disruptors.
The Endocrine Disruptor Lists website has three lists of endocrine disruptors and suspected endocrine disruptors:
List I: provides information on substances identified as endocrine disruptors in the EU.
List II: provides information on substances being investigated for endocrine disrupting properties in the EU.
List III: lists substances that are investigated by an individual Member State and are considered to have endocrine disrupting properties by that Member State.
