here/portal_type A MOL-csoport munkahelyi egészségfejlesztés programja (Take a step to your health)

A MOL-csoport a "STEP - Tégy egy lépést az egészségedért" elnevezésű munkahelyi egészségfejlesztési programját mutatja be. A kezdeményezés célja, hogy önkéntes alapon biztosítson, a törvény által előírtakat meghaladó, kiegészítő orvosi szűrővizsgálatokat, illetve lehetőséget egyéni munkavállalói egészségterv kidolgozásához. Fentieken kívül a program olyan egészségfejlesztési tevékenységeket is tartalmaz, mint a testedzés, a stressz-kezelés és az egészséges étrend biztosítása a munkahelyen.

The programme "Take a step to your health" has been launched in 2006 as a „self maintaining”, long term cultural change programme – to enhance health awareness and safety at work by developing an open culture that motivates the employees of Mol to initiate their own actions.
