Prevention initiative “Feel good” in the mining company Tschirna

“Workplace health promotion” in SMEs. The prevention initiative “Feel good” in the Tschirna mining company shows how work place health promotion can be implemented
in a small company with employer's engagement and support of the Social Accident Insurance . The work in the mining company is associated with heavy manual working activities. To prevent back problems the company started a training programm for all workers. The training was developped with help of the occupational health physician and a physiotherapist.
