Popis

The video is designed for young workers in the hairdressing and beauty sectors. It is one of three videos concerning the protection of hands in hairdressing. A substantial proportion of hairdressers' working hours are carried out work in a wet environment, wearing liquid-tight (occlusive) gloves or washing their hands frequently or intensively. When the skin is in frequent contact with water, aqueous products or wet hair, the result can be irritant skin damage and sensitisation (the development of allergies). This video explains how water affects the skin.
