Popis

The statutory accident insurance association for energy, textile, electricity and printing media (BG ETEM) provides learning modules on various topics in several sectors. The aim of these e-learning modules is to provide sector-specific knowledge on occupational safety and health (OSH) to workers and employers. The modules present OSH knowledge in an interactive and appealing manner. Each module lasts 15 to 20 minutes. A self-test (quiz) is included at the end of each module. For the textile and fashion sectors, seven modules exist and three of them are related to dangerous substances: dust exposure in textile manufaturing, operating textile cleaning machines with carbon-hydrogen solvent and operating textile cleaning machines with perchloroethylene (PER).
