This document is intended to provide practical guidance to employers and workers on how the CLP Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures) will affect the following directives related to the protection of workers: the Chemical Agents Directive (98/24/EC); the Carcinogens and Mutagens Directive (2004/37/EC); the Safety Signs Directive (92/58/EEC); the Pregnant Workers Directive (92/85/EEC); and the Young People at Work Directive (94/33/EC).
