Description

These videos draw attention to the dangers arising from the manipulation of slurry. The videos include an enactment of a fatal slurry gas accident, a video on best practice and a survivor/fatality story. Each video was filmed in real circumstances. One of the videos illustrates how a child could be the victim of slurry gas and be suffocated and another precisely shows all of the prevention measures that must be taken to avoid accidents (e.g. controlling access, not working alone, proper handling, natural ventilation and signs).
