This video relates to fettling large castings in the foundry fettling shop. It illustrates the two following good practices: ensure that fettling dust is directed into the booth and that the worker is positioned such that he or she does not come between the dust and the extraction vents; and confirm that the extraction machinery is turned on and working before beginning work.
