• ask your supplier for information about the nanomaterials that are found in the substances and materials you are supplied with;
• use information in safety data sheets and technical data sheets to potentially enhance your preventive work with nanomaterials;
• ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and use it when preparing the statutory chemical workplace assessment (risk assessment);
• request the materials and delivery methods that present the least risk of exposure, e.g. low-dust nanomaterials.
