Description

The leaflet targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and provides an overview of the relevant aspects of the transportation of dangerous goods by giving answers to frequently asked questions, for example:

  • What are dangerous goods and how can we recognise them?
  • How should dangerous goods be packaged?
  • How should gas cylinders and spray cans be transported?

The leaflet also includes a checklist for dangerous goods in cars and vans for workshops.

The transportation of dangerous goods in cars or vans is a daily practice in many companies. Workers are often not aware that, by transporting small amounts of dangerous substances (such as a bucket of glue or a spray can), they are transporting dangerous goods.
