Description

The Danish Emergency Management Agency's website contains information on hazardous substances that is based on two handbook series: 'First Chemical Induction Initiative' and 'Chemical Induction Card'. The website is structured as follows:
'Dangerous substances' allows you to conduct an online search of the above-mentioned manuals and returns, among others, the necessary personal protective equipment for emergency personnel and first aid measures.

'Other information' contains an explanation of the information given on labels (numbers and pictograms) about the dangers of chemicals.

'Guides and links' provides general information and links to other relevant websites.

'Latest updates' shows the dates of the latest updates.

In addition, the Agency has launched a preliminary version of a new (free) application (app) for mobile platforms, which in the future will facilitate the work of rescue teams to search for information about hazardous chemicals. The app is called 'Farlige stoffer' ('Dangerous substances').
