Description

The video shows a young baker explaining in a funny way that bakers may get flour allergies, which show as red eyes and a running nose and potentially also asthma. He shows that flour dust in the air can be prevented by properly handling flour and that hygiene measures, like cleaning the nostrils, can reduce the risk of allergies and asthma.
The video was created as part of an allergies prevention campaign for young bakers. It was one of the award winners at the 2017 International Media Festival for Prevention at the World Congress on OSH. It is aimed at encouraging bakers, in particular younger bakers, to adopt good professional measures to take care of their health, such as nose rinsing.
