The video was created as part of an allergies prevention campaign for young bakers. It was one of the award winners at the 2017 International Media Festival for Prevention at the World Congress on OSH. It is aimed at encouraging bakers, in particular younger bakers, to adopt good professional measures to take care of their health, such as nose rinsing. The film is about Antoine, a young baker who discovers the occupational risks linked to his profession, such as respiratory allergies linked to flour dust. In considering the exposure to flour dust of both employees and business leaders within this profession, respiratory allergies were naturally chosen as a priority issue in the prevention strategy for this occupation. As it is possible to treat rhinitis by means of simple measures, such as nose rinsing, when it is detected early, the social partners of this profession want to approach the risk by considering the youngest workers in this profession, namely those in apprentice training centres.
