The poster was submitted to a poster competition to promote health and safety at work. The concept of the competition was to design posters that draw attention to risks in different working areas. The topic of the poster competition in 1999 was the risk of dangerous substances. This poster depicts a silouhette of a human head; a clothes peg is used on the nose as a respiratory protection meaure against dust. It raises awareness of the importance of using appropriate protective measures.
