The object of this call for tender is the delivery of a qualitative follow-up study of the ESENER-3 survey that will provide EU-OSHA with information on the factors that are associated with an effective management of psychosocial risks, with a specific focus on the approach(es) taken by the micro and small establishments (MSEs). The project will be based on in-depth interviews with a subset of respondents to the ESENER-3 survey in different countries and sectors.
