Erba’ residenti Ewropej minn kull ħamsa jgħidu li saħħa tajba hija kruċjali għall-kwalità tal-ħajja tagħhom. Il-Promozzjoni tas-Saħħa fuq il-Post tax-Xogħol (WHP) għandha l-għan li ttejjeb is-saħħa u ssaħħaħ il-kwalità tal-ħajja. Hija tiġbor fiha dak kollu li jsir minn min iħaddem, mill-impjegati tagħhom, u mis-soċjetà biex tittejjeb is-saħħa u l-benesseri tan-nies fuq il-post tax-xogħol. Id-WHP tinkludi titjib tal-mod kif huwa organizzat ix-xogħol, titjib tal-ambjent tax-xogħol, tħeġġeġ lill-impjegati biex jinvolvu ruħhom f’attivitajiet marbutin mas-saħħa kif ukoll tħeġġeġ l-iżvilupp personali. Occupational safety and health culture, or more briefly 'OSH culture', can be seen as a concept for exploring how informal organisational aspects influence OSH in a positive or negative way. The aim is to convey up-to-date information on this complex topic in a straightforward, condensed way, trying to build a bridge between research and practice. The main approaches and methods that exist to assess the safety culture in an organisation are presented and discussed. This review gives an overview and selection of useful tools and techniques from the EU domain and abroad.
