Attraverso36 000 interviste, l'indagine ESENER ha raccolto un'enorme quantità di dati comparabili sulla gestione della salute e della sicurezza sul lavoro in Europa. I risultati principali sono stati pubblicati nel 2010. Questa risorsa permette di effettuare approfondite analisi statistiche e di individuare gli aspetti sottostanti. A tal fine, sono stati condotti quattro progetti di analisi secondari, che utilizzano in modo più completo i dati ESENER e i cui risultati sono presentati in questa sintesi. Le quattro relazioni si incentrano su: gestione della salute e della sicurezza sul lavoro; rappresentanza e consultazione dei lavoratori in material di salute e sicurezza; fattori associati alla gestione efficace dei rischi psicosociali; gestione dei rischi psicosociali — spinte, ostacoli, esigenze e misure prese
In 2009, EU-OSHA carried out the first Europe-wide establishment survey on health and safety at the workplace, the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER).
Following on from the initial analysis presented in the descriptive overview report in 2010, four secondary analysis projects have been carried out in 2011. This report focuses on workers' participation in health and safety management. It highlights how participation varies across Europe and examines the relationship between worker representation and effective management of workplace risks.
In 2009, EU-OSHA carried out the first Europe-wide establishment survey on health and safety at the workplace, the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER).
