Here you will find training programmes/courses and materials for an international audience. Basic training material on the work environment has been jointly compiled by Prevent and the ILO and is available in English and several other languages besides. With financial support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), the National Institute for Working Life organises international courses for occupational safety and health experts from developing countries. NIVA, the Nordic Institute for Advanced Training in Occupational Health and other Work Life Matters, provides advanced training and education in safety and health for researchers, experts and qualified practitioners. The links to training programmes/courses and training material are given in alphabetical order in the column to the right.

Safety Health and Working Conditions Basic training material for a Better Working Environment. Safety, Health and Working Conditions discuss necessary steps towards a humane working environment. Several countries have utilized the work with great success. The material consists of a Training manual, Checklist and a manual for instructors.
