Advice for bullied workers and some organisations offering help
Unfortunately the Agency is unable to advise on individual cases of bullying or harassment at work. The Agency is not involved in developing European legislation or policy, as that is the role of the European Commission. Nor does the Agency have any responsibility for enforcing European legislation. The Agency is an information provider, and its main method of providing information is via the resources that it places on its website (see above).
The Agency factsheet on bullying provides some basic information about workplace bullying. The Agency factsheet -Practical advice for workers on tackling work-related stress and its causes- may also be useful if you are being bullied.
The organisations listed below are among those offering advice about bullying. On their websites you will find information about what to do if you are being bullied, and also information for employers who want to take action to prevent bullying at work.
