Corporate Plan for 2002-2005 and Work Programme for 2002

With its rolling work programme for 2001-2004, the Agency entered a new era of development. While the first rolling work programme (1997-2000) set out the goals for the establishment phase, the 2001-2004 programme built on the Agency’s achievements during its first four years of operation. These include a well-established infrastructure, based on a Europe-wide information network of Focal Points, a strong support system of expert groups and Topic Centres and a range of high quality electronic and paper-based information services and products.
