The major achievements of the Agency in its second year of activity are mainly related to its operational activities and to its organisational development. At the operational level the Agency has shown progress within the three key strategic areas of action: the development of its EU-wide information network; the dissemination of information via the Internet and other media; and the collection and assessment of information on policy and practice in the Member States.
