Conditions of Use

If not otherwise specified, images and audiovisual materials are owned by EU-OSHA.
EU-OSHA images and audiovisual materials may not be used to constitute, state or imply the endorsement by EU-OSHA of an individual, commercial product, process, service or activity.

EU-OSHA grants permission to use files stored in the IMAGES AND AUDIVISUAL SECTION in a non-commercial manner ONLY, as long as the following guidelines are observed:
1. Credit is given to the respective author, whenever the author is mentioned.
2. The URL to the EU-OSHA web site is included.
3. You may not use files as part of an archive. They may only be used as part of your current project, website or publication.
4. Under no condition may the files be used to promote or be associated with pornographic, immoral, or gambling related materials.
5. The files may not be used to promote or be associated with illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any other addictive substance.
6. EU-OSHA reserves the right to change this notice at any time.
7. EU-OSHA reserves the right to deny usage of the images to individual persons or entities if EU-OSHA deems such usage not to be in the best interests of EU-OSHA.
