OSH in the world

Workplace safety and health is a matter of global concern. There is a lot of OSH information available from OSH organisations outside the EU. Legislation, strategies and good practice solutions developed elsewhere in the world provide also valuable information and benchmarks for the creation of safe, healthy and productive workplaces here.

To make this vast pool of OSH knowledge accessible, EU-OSHA has concluded cooperation arrangements on the exchange of information on the Internet with several international partners, amongst others Australia, Canada, Korea, US-OSHA, NIOSH, PAHO (go to the dropdown box 'International network' at the top of the Agency main web page).

EU-OSHA has also developed strong links with other countries and organisations outside the EU, such as Singapore and US-National Safety Council.
