The UK Health and Safety Executive has published online a range of ‘frequently asked questions’ on health and safety issues relating to catering operations.
The topics covered include: the law; the main hazards; maintaining equipment; children and young people, and ventilation and temperature. Aimed at SMEs, the answers provide basic advice with links to more detailed information.
