A fish and chip shop cooked up an impressive effort during the Week. They served their customers with lots of safety advice, particularly about chip pan fires. They showed videos about fire safety to their customers who were surprised at the amount of damage that can be caused by putting water on a chip pan fire. They gave out safety leaflets and also assessed workplace risks and organised an in-house course about hazard analysis
