A city-centre theatre company gave the Week top billing by spreading the health and safety message not only to its employees but also to the 24,000 patrons who visited one of their eight theatres during the Week. One night, they staged an audience evacuation drill at the end of each performance involving 4000 members of the public. There were different events for each day of the Week including risk assessments.
