A label manufacturer produced a special edition of its newsletter ‘MTM News’ which contained a quiz, a health and safety crossword, and much more to promote the week. A poster competition to raise awareness of health and safety amongst local schoolchildren was held with the winners given gift vouchers, and the company made a donation to the school to spend on health and safety. A mock fire test was held and a disaster scenario practised where employees were invited to do their own risk assessments.
