The training centre became a hive of activity with practice bandaging sessions and safety poster design competitions.

Mid-way through the Week, the trainees devised a health and safety questionnaire, and went around the city shops to see who scored best and worst. An accident scene was recreated the following day and trainees role-played as victims and accident investigators.”
