Award winner
Work Hard – Play Hard, a film by Carmen Losmann (Germany), has won the Healthy Workplaces Award for 2011.
Deftly crafted, it is thought-provoking, and inspires us to discuss one of the most important issues of our time – the individuality and personality of today's workforce. In considering modern theories of work organisation and management, it raises the wider issues of the place of the individual.
The film encourages the audience to question our relentless pursuit of the Holy Grail - the motivation, the journey and the destination of maximum productivity and efficiency at all costs.
