Memorandum of Understanding between the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA)

The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to enhance cooperation between ECHA and EU-OSHA in order to develop synergies and share knowledge on matters of mutual interest through increased cooperation and, in particular, through active information exchange.
The MoU entered into force on 5 May 2010.

Memorandum of Understanding between the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (EUROFOUND) and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA)

This Memorandum of Understanding between EU-OSHA and Eurofound sets out their areas of close collaboration. These have been chosen to maximize the benefits to both agencies and to avoid any duplication of activities in the identified areas of common interest.
The current MoU entered into force in February 2007
